WILLOW BEND TOWN HOMES, NEW JERSEY
![]()
A representative from the board of associates for the “Willow Bend Town Home Assoc. “in New Jersey contacted US Sewer to discuss the possibilities of pipelining. Although the board new very little about pipelining someone on the board had heard of the product. The board member went on to describe a 4 inch diameter sewer line that ran directly underneath the slab of three of there buildings. The building had been constructed 40 years ago and has been experiencing major back up and problems. The board had already received a price of over $250,000 for a local plumber to trench and excavate through the center of the building. This price did not include the “relocation” fees associated with the tenants of the building. This proposed excavation would take up to a month. US Sewer provided a presentation to the board of representatives and explained the benefits of pipelining. After the board attended this presentation full of material samples, a DVD movie on US Sewer and the pipe lining process as well as a Q & A session with the US Sewer representatives , the board felt comfortable in giving US Sewer the task of relining there problem sewer lines.
US Sewer completed all three buildings in less than a week. Each building taking about two full days each to complete. Most tenants were not inconvenienced an all if very little. The tenants were without the use of there facility’s for about 6 hours. Oh, and by the way, the total cost of the job came in about 30% less than the original dig and replace price. |
