REGIOUS BANK, ILLINIOS - 2007 INSTALL

The 4 inch diameter cast iron pipe that runs underneath the slab of the “Regious Bank” of Illinois was completely deteriorated. There was virtually not pipe left from the 3 o’clock to 9 o’clock position. The only problem with trying to excavate this job was the fact that the pipe ran directly underneath the bank vault. Excavation was out of the question. Regious Bank chose US Sewer to tackle the job. After arriving on site the US Sewer crew quickly determined they could install a cured-in-place pipe liner by making a small 4 x 4 foot excavation on the “exterior” of the building. This opening would allow the pipelining crew to perform the installation with out ever having to even enter the building. While busy patrons entered and exited the bank they were completely unaware that the US Sewer crew working on the side of the building was installing a new, 110 foot long cured-in-place liner. Because there were multiple 90 degree turns in the pipe, US Sewer & Drain installed their “Flex Liner” material. The material inverted easily around the turns leaving behind durable pvc coated liner to last for up to 50 years. The manager of the bank was so happy with the job he decided to by lunch for the US Sewer & Drain crew. He gave them a few lolly pops as well. Good job fella's!
